Share your logo, tech pack or reference images, plus product type and quantity, through the quote form, email or WhatsApp.
Sample development
We make a sample in 2 weeks (3 weeks for washed styles). Sample fees start from $80 and are refunded on orders over 200 pieces.
Approve & place the bulk order
Confirm the sample, sizes, colors and labels. Bulk orders start from 100 pieces per style per color.
Bulk production
Fabric is spread, cut and sewn in our own factory. Bulk orders ship in about 15 days.
Labels & shipping
Your private labels are attached, the order is paid in full and the finished goods are shipped by express, air or sea freight, or through your own forwarder.
Elastic waistbands are sewn on our 8 Kansai Special FX4408P multi-needle machines; seams are sewn on our 20 JACK E4 overlock machines. See our factory and equipment

How much does a custom sweatpants or shorts sample cost?
A custom graphic sweatpants sample costs $100 and a shorts sample costs $80. Washed or vintage-effect samples cost $120 for pants and $100 for shorts.
How do you sew elastic waistbands?
Elastic waistbands are sewn on our 8 Kansai Special FX4408P multi-needle machines, which stitch even parallel rows in a single pass for a flat, durable waistband.
What fabric do you use for sweatpants and shorts?
We make sweatpants and joggers from 280–350gsm fabric and shorts from 180–380gsm fabric, in 100% cotton, cotton-poly blend, French terry or brushed fleece.
How long does production take?
Samples take 2 weeks, or 3 weeks for washed styles. Bulk orders ship in about 15 days after sample approval.
